NerveGenics shipping & returns

Everything you need to know about getting your NerveGenics order, tracking it, and sending it back if you need to.

Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central on a business day usually ship the same day; everything else ships the next business day. All orders leave our Lincoln, Nebraska fulfillment center. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking as soon as your label is created.

Delivery times

Average delivery within the continental United States is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can take a little longer. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping cost

Single-bottle orders include a flat $9.95 shipping fee. The three-bottle and six-bottle packages ship free within the United States. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Use the link in your shipping email to follow the package. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, email orders@nervegenicsofficial.com with your order number and we will chase it down.

Lost, late, or damaged

If your order is marked delivered but you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will sort out a replacement or refund. Our goal is for the resolution to be painless.

Returns

Returns run through the 180-day money-back guarantee. Email support within 180 days, return your bottles to the address we provide, and we refund the purchase price once it arrives. Full details are on the guarantee and refund policy pages.
