The 180-day guarantee

You may request a refund of the product purchase price within 180 days of your order date, whether the bottles are opened or unopened. To start, email support@nervegenicsofficial.com from the address used on your order.

How to return

After you contact us, we will provide a return address. Ship your bottles back, and once they arrive we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days of receipt, depending on your bank.

What is refunded

We refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping and the return shipping cost are not refundable. Bonus digital guides are yours to keep. Promotional or free items are not eligible for cash value.

Exclusions

Requests made after 180 days, products not purchased through this authorized portal, and orders from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered. Because NerveGenics is sold only on nervegenicsofficial.com, purchases from marketplaces cannot be refunded by us.
